G Plants are an ever-growing manufacturing company based in northwest England. In autumn 2014 we made the move to our new premises in Blackburn, combining the showroom, office and manufacturing facility together, which has proved to be a great move in expanding the business.
G Plants Ltd formed in 2008 as a partnership with Alex Reihl and Hauwie Tan, the ultimate emphasis was to produce product in-house with direct control on production, purchase, sales, design and import of product. The company plans were to also import non-seed/bulb product from the Far East to bridge quiet trading periods and thus create an all year round company rather than the seasonal one that most other bulb and seed companies are.
We have an in-house design team, which means we can produce own branding for larger customers, and create new exciting ranges to help us stand out from other competitors. We have a great sales team that have varying degrees of experience and we have a strict ‘no hard-sell’ policy, meaning our sales team are there to help provide a service not hassle.
We have always believed in having a strong team with different skills, to help the company run smoothly and create a great working atmosphere. The company is growing all the time, but we still try to keep to the same work ethics.

Selling Into The Retailers
Sales are done by making direct contact with buyers for stores through phone, letter and email. We also attend several trade exhibitions throughout the year and more recently have started attending and exhibiting at international exhibitions to increase our export market.
G Plants currently cover sales throughout the UK, Ireland, Germany, Romania, Netherlands and more. As the company has holdings in both UK and Europe, we are able to export our products throughout the changing times ahead.
